INTERCOM has its own operation CMM-Based methodology that covers the entire project lifecycle. A complete set of Guidelines, Templates, Forms, Checklists, Process handbook is being used throughout all projects performed by INTERCOM. The list includes, but not limited to, Pre-Project Stage, Execution Stage and Post-Delivery Stage.
