Development of a Customer Information System that collects information on the business of the bank and its profitability from various back office system of the bank (Mainframe, UNIX and NT Based Systems) and consolidates this information at the client, country and business region level to provide Relationship Managers of the Bank around the world with information about the volume, amount and profitability of their business with their customers. The data is automatically distributed by the system at month end to all relationship managers around the world and is available for daily access to all Relationship Managers through the banks Intranet. The solution is implemented in the AMEX Bank Tokyo division and in the Chennai division in India where additional functionality relevant to Trade Finance is implemented. Information from both divisions is consolidated at the banks Pacific Rim head office in Tokyo, for reporting purposes. |

The automated web application integrates with IBM Content Manager as an archiving solution and with the back office applications of the bank and provide for reporting functions to ban employees through the web browser. |
