On February 4th, Cairo ICT ’07 will open its doors to visitors in a round expected to be exceptional in terms of the turnover of exhibiting companies. Organizers have announced before the end of 2006 they were fully booked and had to turn away a number of interested companies because of double bookings caused by a rising interest in the fair that has become one of the region’s top events in its fields. Tradefairs International is placing a prefab hall in the parking space of the Cairo International Conference Centre to accommodate “The Mall” – the consumer section of Cairo ICT ’07 on an area of 6,000 square meters.
In the consumer area, Microsoft will be launching for the first time the “Windows Vista” and “Office 2007” for the first time to consumers.
