ADCB has been operational since the seventieth of the last century and effectively contributed to some landmark projects in the area. The bank has recently penetrated the Egyptian market, with high expectations to play a pivotal role in the coming period within the group’s network of branches in the Arab region.

It is an end-to-end integrated human capital management solution, incorporating the whole HR process elements from payroll, employee management, recruitment, and onboarding, to performance management and compensation, in addition to the HR analytics and workforce planning to deliver the business strategy.
