We are delighted to announce the successful completion of Phase One of our strategic project "Customer Service Application System" for Telecom Egypt, in collaboration with CyberMAK Information Systems W.L.L. and BMC Software.

This achievement was celebrated at a fantastic event attended by the top management and the teams of all partnering companies. We are so excited to complete the next phases of the project to finally provide Telecom Egypt with a top-notch customer experience system. We are confident in our collective success as we move forward.
