• Commits requirements understanding as per the analysis process.
• Commits high-level architecture and design understanding.
• Write computer programs codes and scripts for any type of development according to the coding standards.

• Strong Knowledge in JAVA.
• Strong Knowledge in Database fundamental (SQL).
• Good knowledge in Object Oriented Programming.
• Experienced in BPM/ECM.
• Very Good English proficiency.

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of how the entire suite of ECM/BPM products Is developed, deployed, and supported.
• Resolve customer issue or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, vision, and financial objectives.
• Work with the Manager of Professional Services to continuously define and improve a wide spectrum of processes utilized by the Professional Services team.
• Gain an understanding of the functionality and technical constraints of our software and communicate these to Subject Matter Expertise.
